What If It’s An Emergency?
For emergency same-day service, we charge a $95 Same day Service fee, which is waived if you proceed with any works during regular business hours (7 AM–4 PM, Monday through Friday).
After-hours emergency services incur this fee alongside task costs, covering our technicians’ penalty rates.
